Karen Ruiz

Karen is originally from Bogota, Colombia. She has a Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, and she decided to study this career because she always dreamed of contributing to society in some way. Karen started to volunteer in 2017 at a human rights organization to help victims of armed conflict get primary services for rights restitution. During her free time, Karen enjoys reading, going to museums, listening to podcasts about human behavior, and spending time with family and friends.
