Born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, Natalie understands the importance of survival through community support. As the only child of a single immigrant mother, she was raised with the help of a close-knit family of aunts and uncles who played a pivotal role in shaping her worldview. This sense of collective responsibility has inspired Natalie’s passion for helping others.
She pursued studies in Psychology and Chicano Studies at California State University, Northridge, and is currently working toward an associate's degree in Automotive Technology. Throughout her career, Natalie has gained diverse professional experience, including roles as a medical receptionist, automotive technician, behavioral therapist for individuals with special needs, and in various customer relations positions.
Her commitment to creating meaningful connections and making a positive impact led her to join Grameen Promotoras. Natalie believes the best way to take pride in her work is by empowering others and contributing to their growth. With her unique blend of skills, dedication, and life experiences, she brings a compassionate and driven approach to her role at Grameen Promotoras.
