Viridiana Hernandez
CHW/Educator - Los Angeles
Born in Tijuana, Mexico, Viridiana immigrated with her mom at the age of 4 to the United States and lived in California since. She was raised by a single mom who spoke little to no English and had no support. Her mom became a motivation and inspiration to continue school and work in a field that works to help people in her community. Viridiana graduated with a bachelor's degree in public health from California State University, Fullerton. She is passionate about fostering opportunities and improving the health and wellness of individuals in underserved communities. As part of Grameen America, Viridiana hopes to make a meaningful impact by supporting Hispanic entrepreneurs and families in achieving their goals.
