Victoria was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela. She moved to New York seven years ago and found it extremely hard to adapt. She had problems with the language, finding work, and obtaining insurance for proper health care. Victoria is a kind-hearted individual who believes nobody should have to struggle in life -- that is why she chose to take the position at Grameen Promotoras. Victoria wants to serve and help the community succeed and prosper. She completed her internship at Grameen PrimaCare after her CHW training. She fell in love with what Grameen Promotoras can offer women, so now she will have the resources to help more people.
